Under section 56 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Board, makes the following Regulation:

1This Regulation may be cited as the Fees for Assessment Services under the Judicature Act Regulation - Financial Administration Act.
2The fees for the provision of services by the Minister of Families and Children for a report under section 11.4 of the Judicature Act are as follows:
(a) for social assessments - fifty dollars per hour plus expenses;
(b) for psychological assessments - eighty dollars per hour plus expenses;
(c) for psychiatric assessments - one hundred and twenty dollars per hour plus expenses.
