3.1(1)Despite section 3, Rule 81 of the Rules of Court applies to proceedings commenced under the Act in the Family Division of The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick in a Judicial District that has established a case management model for those proceedings, except proceedings commenced under the following provisions of the Act:

3.1(2)Despite paragraph (1)(e), Rule 81 applies where an Application under that rule includes a claim for a declaratory order under section 100 of the Act.
