Under section 38 of the
Highway Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, makes the following Regulation:

This Regulation may be cited as the
Controlled Access Highways in Sunbury County Regulation

.

The highways or portions of highways in Sunbury County in Schedule A are designated as controlled access highways under the categories specified in the Schedule.

This Regulation comes into force on August 15, 1994.
SCHEDULE A
SUNBURY COUNTY
PART I - Route 2
Route 2 - York/Sunbury County Line to Sunbury/Queens County Line

All that portion of Route 2 from the boundary between York County and Sunbury County to the boundary between Sunbury County and Queens County located in Lincoln Parish and Burton Parish, Sunbury County, designated as a
level I
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 2 and the boundary between York County and Sunbury County; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Route 2 for a distance of approximately 32.770Â kilometres to the boundary between Sunbury County and Queens County, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
Nevers Road

All those portions of Nevers Road located in Lincoln Parish, Sunbury County, designated as a
level III
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Nevers Road and the centre of the median for Route 2; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Nevers Road for a distance of approximately 248Â metres to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Nevers Road and Cynthia Lane, and
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Nevers Road and the centre of the median for Route 2; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Nevers Road for a distance of approximately 226Â metres to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Nevers Road and the property access road extending westerly.
Miramichi Road

All those portions of Miramichi Road located in Burton Parish, Sunbury County, designated as a
level III
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Miramichi Road and the centre of the median for Route 2; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Miramichi Road for a distance of 230Â metres, and
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Miramichi Road and the centre of the median for Route 2; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of Miramichi Road for a distance of 293Â metres.

Division A
Route 7 - Lincoln Bypass to Route 2

All that portion of Route 7 from the boundary between York County and Sunbury County to Route 2 located in Lincoln Parish, Sunbury County, designated as a
level I
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 7 and the boundary between York County and Sunbury County; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 7 for a distance of approximately 2.962Â kilometres to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 7 and Route 2, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.

Route 7 - Oromocto to Geary

All that portion of Route 7 from Route 2 intersection at Oromocto to Broad Road located in Burton Parish, Sunbury County, designated as a
level I
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 7 and Route 2; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 7 for a distance of approximately 9.069Â kilometres to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 7 and Broad Road, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
Division C
Route 7 - Geary to Sunbury/Queens County Line

All that portion of Route 7 from Broad Road to the boundary between Sunbury County and Queens County located in Burton Parish and Blissville Parish, Sunbury County, designated as a
level II
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 7 and Broad Road; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 7 for a distance of approximately 11.915Â kilometres to the boundary between Sunbury County and Queens County, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
