Under section 38 of the Highway Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, makes the following Regulation:

1This Regulation may be cited as the Controlled Access Highways in Queens County Regulation - Highway Act.
2The highways or portions of highways in Queens County in Schedule A are designated as controlled access highways under the categories specified in the Schedule.
3This Regulation comes into force on August 15, 1994.
SCHEDULE A
QUEENS COUNTY
PART 1 – Route 2
Route 2 – Sunbury/Queens County Line to Queens/Kings County Line
1All that portion of Route 2 from the boundary between Sunbury County and Queens County to the boundary between Queens County and Kings County located in Gagetown Parish, Canning Parish, Cambridge Parish, Waterborough Parish, Johnston Parish and Brunswick Parish, Queens County, designated as a level I controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 2 and the boundary between Sunbury County and Queens County; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Route 2 for a distance of approximately 62.661 kilometres to the boundary between Queens County and Kings County, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
Route 102 – Coytown
2All those portions of Route 102 located in Gagetown Parish, Queens County, designated as a level III controlled access highway on the west side of Route 102 and a level IV controlled access highway on the east side of Route 102, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 102 and the centre of the median for Route 2; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 102 for a distance of approximately 235 metres, and
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 102 and the centre of the median for Route 2; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 102 for a distance of approximately 481 metres to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 102 and the property access road heading westerly.
Route 105 – Lower Sheffield
3All those portions of Route 105 located in Canning Parish, Queens County, designated as a level III controlled access highway on the north side of Route 105 and a level IV controlled access highway on the south side of Route 105, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 105 and the centre of the median for Route 2; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 105 for a distance of approximately 595 metres, and
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 105 that is 65 metres west of the intersection of the centre lines of Route 105 and the Route 2 eastbound exit ramp; thence in a westerly direction along Route 105 for a distance of approximately 145 metres.
Route 695 – Jemseg
4All those portions of Route 695 located in Cambridge Parish, Queens County, designated as a level III controlled access highway on the east side of Route 695 and a level IV controlled access highway on the west side of Route 695, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 695 and the centre of the median for Route 2; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 695 for a distance of approximately 351 metres to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 695 and Route 715, and
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 695 and the centre of the median for Route 2; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Route 695 for a distance of approximately 238 metres.
Mill Cove Road
5All those portions of Mill Cove Road located in Cambridge Parish, Queens County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Mill Cove Road and the centre of the median for Route 2; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Mill Cove Road for a distance of approximately 184 metres, and
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Mill Cove Road and the centre of the median for Route 2; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of the Mill Cove Road for a distance of approximately 265 metres to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Mill Cove Road and Knight Road.
Route 10 – Coles Island (East)
6All that portion of Route 10 located in Johnston Parish, Queens County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 10 and the centre of the median for Route 2; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Route 10 for a distance of approximately 237 metres.
Route 10 – Coles Island (West)
7All that portion of Route 10 located in Johnston Parish, Queens County, designated as a level III controlled access highway on the north side of Route 10 and a level IV controlled access highway on the south side of Route 10, and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 10 and the centre of the median for Route 2; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of Route 10 for a distance of approximately 286 metres.
PART 2 – Route 7
Division A
Route 7 – Sunbury/Queens County Line to Enniskillen Road Interchange
8All that portion of Route 7 from the boundary between Sunbury County and Queens County to the point that is approximately 2.735 kilometres north of the intersection of the median for Route 7 and the centre line of the travelled portion of Enniskillen Road Underpass located in Petersville Parish, Queens County, designated as a level II controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 7 and the boundary between Sunbury County and Queens County; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 7 for a distance of approximately 6.802 kilometres, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
Division B
Route 7 – Enniskillen Road Interchange
9All that portion of Route 7 from a point that is approximately 2.735 kilometres north of the intersection point of the median for Route 7 and the centre line of the travelled portion of Enniskillen Road, to the point that is approximately 2.318 kilometres south of the intersection point of the median for Route 7 and the centre line of the travelled portion of Enniskillen Road, located in Petersville Parish, Queens County, designated as a level I controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point that is 2.735 kilometres north of the intersection point of the median for Route 7 and the centre line of the travelled portion of Enniskillen Road; thence in a southeasterly direction along the centre line of Route 7 for a distance of approximately 5.053 kilometres, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
Enniskillen Road (Underpass)
10All those portions of Enniskillen Road located in Petersville Parish, Queens County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Enniskillen Road and the centre of the median for Route 7; thence in a northeasterly direction along the centre line of Enniskillen Road for a distance of approximately 255 metres, and
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Enniskillen Road and the centre of the median for Route 7; thence in a southwesterly direction along the centre line of Enniskillen Road for a distance of approximately 260 metres.
Division C
Route 7 – Enniskillen Road Interchange to Route 101 Interchange
11All that portion of Route 7 from a point that is approximately 2.318 kilometres south of the intersection point of the median for Route 7 and the centre of the travelled portions of Enniskillen Road to the point that is approximately 1.266 kilometres north of the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 7 and Route 101 located in Petersville Parish, Queens County, designated as a level II controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point that is 2.318 kilometres south of the intersection point of the median for Route 7 and the centre of the travelled portions of Enniskillen Road; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 7 for a distance of approximately 8.765 kilometres to the point that is approximately 1.266 kilometres north of the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 7 and Route 101, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
Division D
Route 7 – Route 101 Interchange to Queens/Kings County Line
12All that portion of Route 7 from a point that is approximately 1.266 kilometres north of the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 7 and Route 101 to the boundary between Queens County and Kings County located in Petersville Parish, Queens County, designated as a level I controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point that is 1.266 kilometres north of the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 7 and Route 101; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 7 for a distance of approximately 8.417 kilometres to the boundary between Queens County and Kings County, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
Route 101 (Overpass)
13All those portions of Route 101 located in Petersville Parish, Queens County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 101 and the centre of the grade separation for Route 7; thence in a northwesterly direction along the centre line of Route 101 for a distance of approximately 139 metres, and
Beginning at the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 101 and the centre of the grade separation for Route 7; thence in a southeasterly direction along the centre line of Route 101 for a distance of approximately 129 metres.
