, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, makes the following Regulation:

The highways or portions of highways in Kent County in Schedule A are designated as controlled access highways under the categories specified in the Schedule.

This Regulation comes into force on August 15, 1994.
SCHEDULE A
KENT COUNTY
Division A
Route 11 - Westmorland/Kent County Line to Route 134 at Kouchibouguac

All that portion of Route 11 from the boundary between Westmorland County and Kent County to Route 134 at Kouchibouguac located in Dundas Parish, Wellington Parish, Richibucto Parish, Saint-Charles Parish, Saint-Louis Parish and Carleton Parish, Kent County, designated as a
level II
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 11 that is on the boundary between Westmorland County and Kent County; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Route 11 for a distance of approximately 69.716Â kilometres to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 11 and Route 134 at Kouchibouguac, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
Route 535

All those portions of Route 535 located in Dundas Parish, Kent County, designated as a
level III
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 535 that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of Route 535 for a distance of 225Â metres, and
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 535 that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Route 535 for a distance of 225Â metres.
Route 115

All those portions of Route 115 located in Wellington Parish, Kent County, designated as a
level III
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 115 that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of Route 115 for a distance of 275Â metres, and
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 115 that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Route 115 for a distance of approximately 190Â metres to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 115 and Pointe Dionne Road.
Sheridan Road

All those portions of Sheridan Road located in Wellington Parish, Kent County, designated as a
level III
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Sheridan Road that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of Sheridan Road for a distance of 255Â metres, and
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Sheridan Road that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Sheridan Road for a distance of 240Â metres.
Route 515

All those portions of Route 515 located in Wellington Parish, Kent County, designated as a
level III
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 515 that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of Route 515 for a distance of 195Â metres, and
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 515 that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Route 515 for a distance of approximately 147Â metres to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 515 and Saulnier Street.
Route 134 at Saint-Maurice

All those portions of Route 134 located in Wellington Parish, Kent County, designated as a
level III
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 134 that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Route 134 for a distance of 230Â metres, and
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 134 that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 134 for a distance of 230Â metres.
Grattan Road

All those portions of Grattan Road located in Wellington Parish, Kent County, designated as a
level III
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Grattan Road that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of Grattan Road for a distance of 190Â metres, and
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Grattan Road that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Grattan Road for a distance of 300Â metres.
Route 134 near the Village of Rexton

All those portions of Route 134 located south of the Village of Rexton, in Richibucto Parish, Kent County, designated as a
level III
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 134 that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of Route 134 for a distance of 135Â metres, and
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 134 that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Route 134 for a distance of 130Â metres.
Route 134 in Richibucto

All those portions of Route 134 located in Richibucto, Richibucto Parish, Kent County, designated as a
level III
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 134 that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of Route 134 for a distance of 215Â metres, and
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 134 that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Route 134 for a distance of 185Â metres.
Saint-Charles Road

All those portions of Saint-Charles Road located in Saint-Charles Parish, Kent County, designated as a
level III
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Saint-Charles Road that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of Saint-Charles Road for a distance of 370Â metres, and
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Saint-Charles Road that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Saint-Charles Road for a distance of 320Â metres.
Saint-Ignace Road

All those portions of Saint-Ignace Road located in Saint-Louis Parish, Kent County, designated as a
level III
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Saint-Ignace Road that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of Saint-Ignace Road for a distance of 140Â metres, and
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Saint-Ignace Road that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Saint-Ignace Road for a distance of 140Â metres.
Route 480

All that portion of Route 480 located in Saint-Louis Parish, Kent County, designated as a

controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 480 that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of Route 480 for a distance of 330Â metres.
Route 117

All that portion of Route 117 located in Saint-Louis Parish, Kent County, designated as a

controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 117 that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Route 117 for a distance of 255Â metres.

Route 11 - Route 134 at Kouchibouguac to the point that is 1.3Â kilometres north of North Kouchibouguac Road

All that portion of Route 11 from Route 134 at Kouchibouguac to the point that is 1.3Â kilometres north of North Kouchibouguac Road located in Carleton Parish, Kent County, designated as a
level IV
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 11 and Route 134 at Kouchibouguac; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Route 11 for a distance of approximately 2.484Â kilometres to the point that is 1.3Â kilometres north of the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 11 and North Kouchibouguac Road, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.

Route 11 - from the point that is 1.3Â kilometres north of North Kouchibouguac Road to Kent/Northumberland County Line

All that portion of Route 11 from the point that is 1.3Â kilometres north of North Kouchibouguac Road to the boundary between Kent County and Northumberland County located in Carleton Parish, Kent County, designated as a
level II
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point that is 1.3Â kilometres north of the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 11 and North Kouchibouguac Road; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Route 11 for a distance of approximately 10.141Â kilometres to the boundary between Kent County and Northumberland County, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
Laketon Road

All that portion of Laketon Road located in Carleton Parish, Kent County, designated as a
level III
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Laketon Road and Route 11; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of Laketon Road for a distance of 200Â metres.
