Under section 38 of the Highway Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, makes the following Regulation:

1This Regulation may be cited as the Controlled Access Highways in Gloucester County Regulation - Highway Act.
2The highways or portions of highways in Gloucester County in Schedule A are designated as controlled access highways under the categories specified in the Schedule.
3This Regulation comes into force on August 15, 1994.
SCHEDULE A
GLOUCESTER COUNTY
PART I - Route 8
Division A
Route 8 - Northumberland/Gloucester County Line to Route 134
1All that portion of Route 8 from the boundary between Northumberland County and Gloucester County to Route 134 located in Allardville Parish, Gloucester County, designated as a level II controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 8 that is on the boundary between Northumberland County and Gloucester County; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Route 8 for a distance of approximately 3.620 kilometres to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 8 and Route 134, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
Route 134
2All that portion of Route 134 located in Allardville Parish, Gloucester County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 134 and Route 8; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Route 134 for a distance of 200 metres.

Route 8 - Route 134 to the City of Bathurst
3All that portion of Route 8 from Route 134 to Route 11 located in Allardville Parish and Bathurst Parish, Gloucester County, designated as a level I controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 8 and Route 134; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Route 8 for a distance of approximately 31.681 kilometres to the centre of the grade separation for Route 11, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
Route 160
4All that portion of Route 160 located in Allardville Parish, Gloucester County, designated as a level III controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 160 that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 8; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Route 160 for a distance of 145 metres.
Route 360
5All that portion of Route 360 located in Allardville Parish, Gloucester County, designated as a level III controlled access highway on the north side of Route 360 and a level IV controlled access highway on the south side of Route 360 and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 360 that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 8; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of Route 360 for a distance of 265 metres.

Route 11 - Janeville to Belledune
6All that portion of Route 11 from Route 340 to Turgeon Road located in New Bandon Parish, Bathurst Parish and Beresford Parish, Gloucester County, designated as a level II controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 11 and Route 340; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Route 11 for a distance of approximately 59.189 kilometres to the centre of the grade separation for Turgeon Road, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
Cape Road

Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 134 that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 134 for a distance of 380 metres.

Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 430 that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 430 for a distance of 345 metres.

Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Vanier Boulevard that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Vanier Boulevard for a distance of approximately 200 metres to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Vanier Boulevard and Daniel Street.

Moulin Street

Rue de la Gare Street

Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of rue de la Gare Street that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of rue de la Gare Street for a distance of 140 metres, and
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of rue de la Gare Street that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of rue de la Gare Street for a distance of 140 metres.
Turgeon Road

Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Turgeon Road that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 11; thence in a northerly direction along the centre line of Turgeon Road for a distance of 450 metres.
