Under section 38 of the
Highway Act
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, makes the following Regulation:

Controlled Access Highways in Albert County Regulation

The highways or portions of highways in Albert County in Schedule A are designated as controlled access highways under the categories specified in the Schedule.

This Regulation comes into force on August 15, 1994.
SCHEDULE A
ALBERT COUNTY
Route 114 - The Town of Riverview

All that portion of Route 114 from the boundary between Westmorland County and Albert County to Route 112 located in Coverdale Parish, Albert County, designated as a
level I
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 114 that is on the boundary between Westmorland County and Albert County; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Route 114 for a distance of approximately 0.660Â kilometre to the centre of the grade separation for Route 112, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
Findlay Boulevard

All that portion of Findlay Boulevard from Route 112 to Pinewood Road located in Coverdale Parish, Albert County, designated as a
level I
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Findlay Boulevard that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 112; thence in a southerly direction along the centre line of Findlay Boulevard for a distance of approximately 1.623Â kilometres to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Findlay Boulevard and Pinewood Road, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
Route 112

All that portion of Route 112 located in Coverdale Parish, Albert County, designated as a
level III
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 112 that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 112 and Route 114; thence in a westerly direction along the centre line of Route 112 for a distance of approximately 165Â metres to the intersection of the centre lines of the travelled portions of Route 112 and Buckingham Avenue.

All that portion of Route 114 located in Coverdale Parish, Albert County, designated as a
level III
controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the point on the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 114 that is at the centre of the grade separation for Route 112 and Route 114; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Route 114 for a distance of 223Â metres.
