Under section 95 of the Insurance Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Assessment Regulation - Insurance Act.
2The amount for the purposes of paragraph 94(5)(a) of the Insurance Act is fifty dollars.
N.B. This Regulation is consolidated to December 31, 1994.
