5All that portion of Route 2 from the boundary between Kings County and Westmorland County to the Nova Scotia border located in Salisbury Parish, Moncton Parish, Dorchester Parish and Sackville Parish, Westmorland County, designated as a
level I controlled access highway and being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the centre line of the travelled portion of Route 2 and the boundary between Kings County and Westmorland County; thence in an easterly direction along the centre line of Route 2 for a distance of approximately 104.067Â kilometres to the boundary between New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, including all existing and future interchange or at grade intersection ramps and on and off lanes including tapers on all connecting highways.
