Under section 77 of the Community Planning Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, makes the following Regulation:

1This Regulation may be cited as the Aldouane Local Service District Basic Planning Statement Adoption Regulation - Community Planning Act.
2The area of land indicated in Schedule A, being all the land within the boundaries of the Aldouane Local Service District, in the parish of Saint-Charles and county of Kent, is designated for the purposes of the adoption of a basic planning statement and is the area to which this Regulation applies.
3The Aldouane Local Service District Basic Planning Statement contained in Schedule B is adopted for the Aldouane Local Service District as indicated on the map attached as Schedule A.

ALDOUANE LOCAL SERVICE DISTRICT BASIC PLANNING STATEMENT
 
GENERAL INFORMATION
The Aldouane Local Service District is situated on Route #134, between Village de Saint-Louis de Kent and the town of Richibucto, in the county of Kent, and has experienced considerable expansion in the last few years.
Since the Aldouane Local Service District is attracting a variety of developments, it is important that future development take place in an orderly manner. Therefore, the citizens’ committee believes that the residents of the Aldouane Local Service District wish to protect the present development by means of a zoning regulation that reflects the development as it is today.
OBJECTIVES
The objectives for the future development of the Aldouane Local Service District and the objectives to be accomplished by a zoning regulation are
(a) optimum population density,
(b) control over the type and location of different developments, and
(c) creation of an environment that will discourage all forms of pollution.
