  Under section 14 of the Expenditure Management Act, 1991, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Lump Sum Exemption Regulation - Expenditure Management Act, 1991.
2Payments that are made by a publicly funded employer or a public sector employer in accordance with Board of Management Minute Number 92.0109, “Lump Sum Payout Program”, are exempted from the provisions of the Expenditure Management Act, 1991.
N.B. This Regulation is consolidated to March 31, 1992.
