Interprovincial Subpoena Act

Under section 9 of the Interprovincial Subpoena Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:

1This Regulation may be cited as the General Regulation - Interprovincial Subpoena Act.

2In this Regulation
“Act” means the Interprovincial Subpoena Act.(Loi)

3A certificate referred to in paragraph 2(a) of the Act shall be in Form 1.
4A certificate referred to in subsection 5(1) of the Act shall be in Form 2.
5Section 1 of Tariff “D” of Rule 59 of the Rules of Court of New Brunswick applies with the necessary modifications to the witness fees and travelling expenses that may be paid under the Act.
6This Regulation comes into force on May 1, 1991.
