Under section 49 of the Arrest and Examinations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Repealed: 2013, c.32, s.4
1This Regulation may be cited as the Fees Regulation - Arrest and Examinations Act.
2In this Regulation
“Act” means the Arrest and Examinations Act.(Loi)
3The fee for an examination under Part III of the Act is twenty-five dollars.
4This Regulation comes into force on April 15, 1991.
