REGULATION 91-160

Under section 11 of the Regulations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
2018-38
1This Regulation may be cited as the General Regulation - Regulations Act.
2Every proposed regulation shall, before it is made, be submitted to the Minister for examination to ensure that it is made in the exercise of a legislative power conferred by or under a law in force in the Province.
3A consolidation of all regulations in force shall be published from time to time when determined by the Lieutenant-Governor in Council.
4The Registrar shall cause to be published as of the thirty-first day of December of each year
(a) a supplement of all regulations and amendments made since the last preceding publication, and
(b) a consolidated index and table of all regulations and amendments, repeals and other modifications made since the last preceding consolidation.
5New Brunswick Regulation 82-225 under the Regulations Act is repealed.
