Under section 14 of the
Expenditure Management Act, 1991
, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:

This Regulation may be cited as the
Exemption Regulation -
Expenditure Management Act, 1991
.

In this Regulation
“Act”
means the
Expenditure Management Act, 1991
.
(Loi)

(1)
The collective agreement entered into between The University of New Brunswick and the Association of University of New Brunswick Teachers on September 8, 1988 is exempted from the provisions of the Act.

(2)
The collective agreement entered into between Mount Allison University and the Mount Allison Faculty Association on January 28, 1989 is exempted from the provisions of the Act.

Every contract of employment described in section 6 of the Act and to which The University of New Brunswick or Mount Allison University is a party is exempted from the provisions of the Act.

Schedule A of the Act is amended
(
a
)
by deleting “Maritime Forest Ranger School”;
(
b
)
by deleting “St. Thomas’ University”;
(
c
)
by deleting “Université de Moncton - Moncton, Edmundston and Shippagan”.

This Regulation shall have effect as of April 1, 1991.
