Under section 40 of the Clean Water Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Appeal Regulation - Clean Water Act.
2In this Regulation
“Act” means the Clean Water Act.(Loi)
3The Appeal Regulation - Clean Environment Act, being New Brunswick Regulation 84-179 under the Clean Environment Act, applies with the necessary modifications to an appeal from an order, designation or decision made under the Act or the regulations.

4This Regulation comes into force on July 1, 1990.
