Under section 56 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Board, makes the following Regulation:

1This Regulation may be cited as the Fees for Services Provided under the Fish Inspection Act Regulation - Financial Administration Act.
2The fee for providing a tag for marking any Atlantic salmon as provided for under section 9 of the Fish Inspection Act is six cents per tag.
3This Regulation comes into force on June 18, 1990.
