, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:

The refurbishment of the Point Lepreau Generating Station within the geographic area described in Schedule F is designated as a major project subject to the following exclusions:
(
a
)
work carried out by the New Brunswick Power Nuclear Corporation; and
(
b
)
work carried out within the geographic area that is not related to the refurbishment of the Point Lepreau Generating Station.

The fuel demonstration project at the Coleson Cove Generating Station located within the geographic area described in Schedule G is designated as a major project subject to the following exclusions:

)
work carried out by New Brunswick Power Generation Corporation;
(
b
)
work carried out by New Brunswick Power Coleson Cove Corporation;
(
c
)
work carried out within the geographical area that is not related to the project.

Beginning at a point having coordinates of 2504679.124E, 7342521.422N; thence on an azimuth of 208°17′12″ a distance of 154.836 metres to a point having coordinates 2504605.750E, 7342385.075N; thence on an azimuth of 227°27′58″ a distance of 134.005 metres to a point having coordinates 2504507.005E, 7342294.484N; thence on an azimuth of 214°15′48″ a distance of 291.119 metres to a point having coordinates 2504343.106E, 7342053.886N; thence on an azimuth of 201°02′37″ a distance of 273.912 metres to a point having coordinates 2504244.750E, 7341798.242N; thence on an azimuth of 216°21′39″ a distance of 178.709 metres to a point of intersection having coordinates 2504138.799E, 7341654.328N; said intersection being on the tangent between a point having coordinates 2504244.750E, 7341798.242N and a point having coordinates 2504077.986E, 7341571.717N and the arc of a circle having as its centre a point having coordinates 2503605.045E, 7340911.980N and a radius of 914.400 metres; thence on the circumference of the circle in a clockwise direction a distance of 4,856.018 metres to a point having coordinates 2503292.234E, 7341771.266N, said point being the intersection with a boundary of the herein described lands; thence on an azimuth of 29°52′31″, parallel with the transmission line corridor of The New Brunswick Electric Power Commission exiting the switchyard, a distance of 1,341.333 metres to a point having coordinates 2503960.371E, 7342934.351N; thence on an azimuth of 119°52′40″ a distance of 828.925 metres to the point of beginning.
