REGULATION 90-128

Metric Conversion Act

Under subsection 4(4) of Schedule A of the Metric Conversion Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Repealed: 2020, c.8, s.38
1This Regulation may be cited as the National Building Code Designation Regulation - Metric Conversion Act.
2The Lieutenant-Governor in Council designates the National Building Code of Canada 2010 and any amendments made to such code as the code referred to in any reference to the National Building Code of Canada contained in any building by-law under the Community Planning Act, with the exception of section 3.8, which is replaced by the Barrier-Free Design Building Code Regulation - Community Planning Act.

3New Brunswick Regulation 86-18 under the Metric Conversion Act is repealed.
