Under section 105.1 of the Motor Vehicle Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the Notice of Possible Penalties Form Regulation - Motor Vehicle Act.
Form
2A notice of possible penalties under subsection 105.1(2.2) of the Motor Vehicle Act shall be in Form 1.
Commencement
3This Regulation comes into force on February 1, 1988.
