Under section 56 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Board, makes the following Regulation:

1This Regulation may be cited as the Fees for Services Provided by the Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fisheries Development Board Regulation - Financial Administration Act.

2The fee for the preparation of a partial discharge of a mortgage by the Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fisheries Development Board is fifty dollars and is payable when the request for the partial discharge is made.

3The fee for an appraisal of real or personal property carried out in relation to an application for a loan under the Agricultural Development Act is one hundred dollars and is payable when the application is submitted.
