Under section 9 of the Hospital Services Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Elimination of Authorized Charges Regulation - Hospital Services Act.
2Authorized charges under section 4.1 of the Hospital Services Act are eliminated.
3This Regulation comes into force on May 1, 1986.
N.B. This Regulation is consolidated to June 30, 1986.
