Under section 142 of the Industrial Relations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Awards of Arbitrators and Arbitration Boards Regulation -Industrial Relations Act.
2An arbitrator or arbitration board shall file with the Minister a copy of an award made by the arbitrator or arbitration board within thirty days after the making of the award.
N.B. This Regulation is consolidated to December 31, 1986.
