  Under section 56 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Board, makes the following Regulation:

1This Regulation may be cited as the Fees for Services Provided under the Partnerships and Business Names Registration Act Regulation - Financial Administration Act.
2A fee of forty dollars shall be paid for a search of a name, other than a search of a name referred to in subsection 12(2) or (3) of New Brunswick Regulation 81-35 under the Partnerships and Business Names Registration Act.

2.1A fee of ten dollars shall be paid for a photocopy provided by the registrar of a document under the Partnerships and Business Names Registration Act.

2.2A fee of twenty dollars shall be paid for a certificate of fact provided by the registrar under the Partnerships and Business Names Registration Act.

3This Regulation comes into force on January 1, 1986.
