  Under section 56 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Board, makes the following Regulation:

1This Regulation may be cited as the Fees for Services Provided under the Business Corporations Act Regulation - Financial Administration Act.

2A fee of forty dollars shall be paid for a search of a name, other than a search of a name referred to in paragraph 12(1)(l) or (m) or subsection 12(3) of New Brunswick Regulation 81-147 under the Business Corporations Act.
