Under section 56 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Board, makes the following Regulation:

1This Regulation may be cited as the Fees for Services Provided under the Off-Road Vehicle Act Regulation - Financial Administration Act.

2In this Regulation
“Division” means the Motor Vehicle Division as constituted under the Motor Vehicle Act.(Direction)
2.1The fee for the issuance of a number plate of an off-road vehicle is $25.

3The fee for replacement of a number plate of an off-road vehicle is $25.

4The fee for replacement of a registration certificate or decal of an off-road vehicle is $20.

5The fee for a search of a record of the Division relating to an off-road vehicle is eight dollars.
