Under section 38 of the Off-Road Vehicle Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:

1This Regulation may be cited as the Fees Regulation - Off-Road Vehicle Act.

(a)for registration of a dirt bike, a dune buggy, a snow bike or an amphibious machine..............
