Under section 13 of the Auctioneers Licence Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:

1This Regulation may be cited as the Fees Regulation - Auctioneers Licence Act.
2In this Regulation
“Act” means the Auctioneers Licence Act.(Loi)
3The fee to be charged for the issue of a licence to act as an auctioneer under the Act is one hundred dollars.

4This Regulation comes into force on October 1, 1985.
