Under subsection 352(6) of the Insurance Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Licence Revival Fee Regulation - Insurance Act.
2In this Regulation
“Act” means the Insurance Act.(loi)
3The fee payable for the revival of a licence suspended under subsection 352(6) of the Act on or after May 1, 1988 is twenty dollars.

4Regulation 80-138 under the Insurance Act is repealed.
N.B. This Regulation is consolidated to June 30, 1988.
