Under subsection 65(1) of the Highway Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council approves the following Regulation made by the Minister:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Control Lines Regulation - Highway Act.

7(1)Control lines are designated on the Trans-Canada Highway, Route 16, from Aulac to Cape Tormentine, being an arterial highway, in accordance with the Department of Transportation Plan Number CLP 69-6 filed in the office of the Minister of Transportation and in the Registry Office for the County of Westmorland.
7(2)Pages 578, 584, 585 and 586 in CLP 69-6 are withdrawn and pages 578A, 584A, 585A and 586A are substituted therefor.
7(3)Pages 585A and 586A in CLP 69-6 are withdrawn and pages 585B and 586B are substituted therefor.
7(4)Pages 611 and 614 in CLP 69-6 are withdrawn and pages 611A and 614A are substituted therefor.
7(5)Pages 556, 557, 558, 611A, 612, 613 and 614A in CLP 69-6 are withdrawn and pages 556A, 557A, 558A, 611B, 612A, 613A and 614B are substituted.
