Under section 200.1 of the Motor Vehicle Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Motorcades Exemption Regulation - Motor Vehicle Act.
2Drivers and passengers in motor vehicles in a motorcade organized by the Provincial or Federal Government or by the Provincial and Federal Governments are exempt from the provisions of section 200.1 of the Motor Vehicle Act.
N.B. This Regulation is consolidated to November 1, 1984.
