Under section 117 of the Fisheries Bargaining Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick Forms Regulation - Fisheries Bargaining Act.

2In this Regulation
“Act” means the Fisheries Bargaining Act.(Loi)
3A decision of an arbitrator or arbitration board made pursuant to section 44 of the Act and filed in The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick under section 66 of the Act shall be in Form 1.

4An order of the Board made pursuant to subsection 86(5) of the Act and filed in The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick under subsection 86(8) of the Act shall be in Form 2.
