Under section 40 of the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:

1This Regulation may be cited as the Standards Regulation - Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act.
2The standards for the purposes of the Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code - Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act are those listed in Schedule A and include any standard, specification, code or other document referenced thereby.
3The standards for the purposes of the Propane, Natural and Medical Gas Regulation - Boiler and Pressure Vessel Act are those listed in Schedule B and include any standard, specification, code or other document referenced thereby.
4This Regulation comes into force on August 1, 1984.
