Under section 56 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Board of Management, makes the following Regulation:

1This Regulation may be cited as The Tuition Fee for the New Brunswick School of Medical Technology Regulation - Financial Administration Act.
2The tuition fee to be paid by students who are enrolled in the New Brunswick School of Medical Technology is four hundred and sixty-two dollars.

3Regulation 81-91 under the Financial Administration Act is repealed.
