Under section 332 of the Insurance Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Repealed: 2015-44
1This Regulation may be cited as the Forms Regulation - Insurance Act.
2The following form is prescribed for the purposes of the Act:
3Regulation 74-175 under the Insurance Act is repealed.
4This Regulation comes into force on February 1, 1984.
