REGULATION 83-134

Conflict of Interest Act

Under section 14 of the Conflict of Interest Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:

1This Regulation may be cited as the Conflict of Interest Regulation - Conflict of Interest Act.
2The Crown Corporations to which the Conflict of Interest Act applies are those set out in Schedule A.
3Disclosures made under section 8 of the Act shall be in Form 1.
4Regulation 79-21 under the Conflict of Interest Act is repealed.
