REGULATION 82-73

Filed April 29, 1982
1Under section 73 of the Judicature Act, and section 147 of the Provincial Offences Procedure Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the Rules of Court of New Brunswick, as attached, excepting
(a) Rule 62.01(b)
(b) Rule 63
(c) Rule 64.01(a)
(d) Rule 65
(e) Rule 72
and the Forms relating thereto.

2Regulation 90 under the Judicature Act is repealed.
3This Regulation comes into force on June 1, 1982.
N.B. This Regulation is consolidated to January 1, 2013.
