Municipal Debentures Act

  Under section 26 of the Municipal Debentures Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Forms Regulation - Municipal Debentures Act.
2The following forms are prescribed for the purposes of the Act:
3Regulation 74-185 under the Municipal Debentures Act is repealed.
N.B. This Regulation is consolidated to March 31, 1998.
