Under section 81 of the Workers’ Compensation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Permanent Physical Impairment Rating Schedule Regulation - Workers’ Compensation Act.
2In this Regulation
“Act” means the Workers’ Compensation Act.(Loi)
3The permanent physical impairment rating schedule prescribed for the purposes of calculating awards under the Act is the schedule contained in Appendix A.
