Under section 56 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Board, makes the following Regulation:

1This Regulation may be cited as Fees for Services Provided under the Companies Act Regulation - Financial Administration Act.
2The fee for providing certification of the
(a) good standing of a company is twenty dollars;
(b) letters patent or supplementary letters patent of a company is twenty dollars;
(c) annual return of a company is twenty dollars.

3The fee for providing a photocopy of
(a) the letters patent or supplementary letters patent of a company is ten dollars;
(b) an annual return of a company is ten dollars.

4The fee for providing notice of approval of discontinuance in accordance with section 29.1 of the Companies Act is two hundred dollars.
4.1A fee of forty dollars shall be paid for a search of a name, other than a search of a name referred to in section 4.1 of New Brunswick Regulation 84-203 under the Companies Act.

5Regulation 80-137 being the Fees for Services Provided under the Companies Act Regulation - Financial Administration Act is repealed.
