Under section 62 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Board, makes the following Regulation:
Repealed: 2016-70
1This Regulation may be cited as the Dairy Herd Analysis Service Fee Regulation - Financial Administration Act.
2The fee per cow for the owner - sampler option under the Dairy Herd Analysis Service Program of the Department of Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fisheries is ninety cents with a minimum fee payable under the program of eighteen dollars per herd report.

3The fee for the official option under the Dairy Herd Analysis Service Program of the Department of Agriculture, Aquaculture and Fisheries is forty dollars for the first twenty cows plus one dollar and eighty cents for each additional cow per herd report.
