REGULATION 82-13
under the
Workers’ Compensation Act
(O.C. 82-56)
Filed January 21, 1982
Under section 59 of the Workers’ Compensation Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the Forms Regulation - Workers’ Compensation Act.
2The following form is prescribed for the purposes of the Act:
3Regulation 74-204 under the Workmen’s Compensation Act is repealed.
N.B. This Regulation is consolidated to January 1, 2020.
