Under section 142 of the Industrial Relations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick Forms Regulation - Industrial Relations Act.

2In this Regulation
“Act” means the Industrial Relations Act;(loi)
“Secretary” means the Secretary of the Board.(secrétaire)
3A decision of an arbitrator or arbitration board made pursuant to section 55 of the Act and filed in The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick under section 77 of the Act shall be in Form 1.

4A direction of the Board made pursuant to section 83 of the Act and filed in The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick under section 83 of the Act shall be in Form 2.

5A direction of the Board embodying a decision of designated jurisdictional representatives made pursuant to section 84 of the Act and filed in The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick under section 84 of the Act shall be in Form 3.

6An interim order or direction of the Board made pursuant to section 87 of the Act and filed in The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick under section 87 of the Act shall be in Form 4.

7An order or direction of the Board made pursuant to section 88 of the Act embodying a decision of a tribunal under section 85 or 86 of the Act and filed in The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick under section 88 of the Act shall be in Form 5.

8A direction, order or interim order made pursuant to section 88 of the Act to revoke or vary a direction, order or interim order made and entered as a judgment or order of The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick under section 83, 84, 87 or 88 of the Act and filed in The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick under section 88 of the Act shall be in Form 6.

9An order of the Board made pursuant to section 106 of the Act and filed in The Court of King’s Bench of New Brunswick under section 106 of the Act shall be in Form 7.

10Where any decision, direction, order or interim order is filed, the form used to file such decision, direction, order or interim order shall set out the particulars as directed in the forms prescribed by sections 3 to 9, unless those directions are inapplicable.
11Where any direction, order or interim order is made by a division of the Board, the form used to file such direction, order or interim order shall disclose by what division the direction, order or interim order was made.
12Regulation 72-55 under the Industrial Relations Act is repealed.
