REGULATION 82-100

Industrial Relations Act

Under section 142 of the Industrial Relations Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
1This Regulation may be cited as the General Regulation - Industrial Relations Act.
2A request for appointment of a conciliation officer shall be in Form A.
2.1A report to the Minister under subsection 99(1) of the Industrial Relations Act shall be
(a) in Form B in the case of a trade union or a council of trade unions, or
(b) in Form C in the case of two or more employers, an employers’ organization or an accredited employers’ organization.

3Regulation 72-47 under the Industrial Relations Act is repealed.
