Under section 84 of the Local Governance Commission Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the Regions of the Tribunal Regulation – Local Governance Commission Act.
Definitions
2The following definitions apply in this Regulation.
“Act” means the Local Governance Commission Act. (Loi)
“Regulation 2022-46” means New Brunswick Regulation 2022-46 under the Regional Service Delivery Act. (Règlement 2022-46)
Establishment of regions of the Tribunal
3For the purposes of the definition “region” in section 55 of the Act, the following regions of the Tribunal are established:
(a) Region A, consisting of regions 1 and 2 described in Schedule A of Regulation 2022-46;
(b) Region B, consisting of regions 3, 4 and 5 described in Schedule A of Regulation 2022-46;
(c) Region C, consisting of regions 6 and 7 described in Schedule A of Regulation 2022-46;
(d) Region D, consisting of regions 8, 9 and 10 described in Schedule A of Regulation 2022-46; and
(e) Region E, consisting of regions 11 and 12 described in Schedule A of Regulation 2022-46.
Commencement
4This Regulation comes into force on May 15, 2024.
N.B. This Regulation is consolidated to May 9, 2024.
