Under section 76 of the Species at Risk Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister, makes the following Regulation:
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the Prohibitions Regulation - Species at Risk Act.
Prohibitions
2The prohibitions under section 28 of the Species at Risk Act apply to the listed wildlife species set out in Schedule A.
Commencement
3This Regulation comes into force on June 3, 2013.
