Under section 56 of the Financial Administration Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the Board, makes the following Regulation:
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program Application Fees Regulation - Financial Administration Act.
Skilled worker application fee
2The fee for a skilled worker application made to the Department of Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour under the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program is $250.
Business application fee
3The fee for a business application made to the Department of Post-Secondary Education, Training and Labour under the New Brunswick Provincial Nominee Program is $2,000.
Commencement
4This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2012.
