Debts and other liabilities - exemption
3The following debts and other liabilities are prescribed for the purpose of subsection 53(3) of the Act:
(a)
the retirement allowances accrued for employees of the Special Operating Agency as determined under each of the following:
(i)
the directive issued by the Board of Management entitled “Termination/Rehire and Retirement Allowance (AD-2407)”;
(ii)
the collective agreement in effect between the Board of Management and The New Brunswick Union of Public and Private Employees - Group: Education (Instructional);
(iii)
the collective agreement in effect between the Board of Management and The New Brunswick Union of Public and Private Employees - Group: Education (Non-Instructional);
(iv)
the collective agreement in effect between the Board of Management and The New Brunswick Union of Public and Private Employees - Group: Administrative Assistants, Clerical and Regulatory, Office, Data Processing and Duplicating Equipment Operation;
(v)
the collective agreement in effect between the Board of Management and The Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 1251 - Group: Institutional Services and Care; and
(vi)
the collective agreement in effect between the Board of Management and The Canadian Union of Public Employees Local 1190 - Group: General Labour and Trades, Part I; and
(b)
the benefits accrued for employees of the Special Operating Agency as determined under the
Public Service Superannuation Act.
