Under section 38 of the Off-Road Vehicle Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the Prescribed Persons or Bodies Regulation - Off Road Vehicle Act.
Definition of “Act”
2In this Regulation, “Act” means the Off-Road Vehicle Act.
Prescribed persons or bodies
3(1) The snowmobile trail manager is prescribed as a person or body or class of person or body for the purposes of subsection 7.5(2) of the Act.
3(2)The all-terrain vehicle trail manager is prescribed as a person or body or class of person or body for the purposes of subsection 7.92(2) of the Act.
