Under section 30 of the Fire Prevention Act, the Lieutenant-Governor in Council makes the following Regulation:
Citation
1This Regulation may be cited as the Plan Review Fees Regulation - Fire Prevention Act.
Definitions
2011-24
2The following definitions apply in this Regulation.
“Act” means the Fire Prevention Act.(Loi)
“overtime” means time worked on a Saturday or holiday and any time worked after 5 p.m. of any day and before 8 a.m. of the following day.(heures supplémentaires)

Fees
3(1)Subject to subsection (2), the fee for the review of a plan under section 18 or 19 of the Act is $100 per hour or any part of an hour, with a minimum charge of $100.
3(2)The fee under subsection (1) is $150 per hour or any part of an hour for the review of a plan done during overtime, with a minimum charge of $150.

Commencement
4This Regulation comes into force on April 1, 2009.
N.B. This Regulation is consolidated to April 1, 2011.
